FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you a traveling photographer?
Yes, I travel to various cities to accept clients from all over. However, please be advised a travel stipend may be added to your session.
Are deposits refundable?
No, all session deposits are non-refundable.
Will I be charged if I am late to my appointment?
Yes, there is $50 late fee charged to clients who show up more than 30 minutes late to their session. Also be advised your session will end promptly when previously scheduled. Please try to be on time, if not early to your appointment so you can use your entire session time.
How should I come to my appointment?
Please come to your appointment with hair and makeup done as well as wardrobe prepared. There is a hair/makeup area to touch up before if needed. There is also a steamer for wardrobe.
How long after my session will I receive my online proofing gallery?
Portrait sessions are contracted for a 2 day turnaround unless otherwise noted in our agreement.
When will I received my retouched photos?
You will receive your retouched images 5-7 business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) following the date you provided us with your top choices.
How can I download my photos?
A link to your personal online gallery will be delivered to you via email upon completion. From the gallery you will be able to view, share and download your photos with family and friends.
What if I can 't make my appointment?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session please advise me as soon as possible. We can discuss another date to shoot. Please be advice repetitive reschedules will result in a rescheduling fee (50% of your deposit amount)
Am I allowed to bring friends?
Clients are allowed up to 2 guests maximum during their photography session.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ALL studio photography sessions are closed to only those being photographed.
No more than one (2) additional guest is permitted to limit distractions. Please inform photographer ahead of time if you plan to bring guest.
CLIENT ARRIVAL TIME
Client is expected to arrive to the scheduled session on time, unless previously discussed.
Arrival that is more than 30 minutes late MUST be rescheduled.
Client is responsible for caring for the reservation and payment of private locations outside of photographer's studio.
Client is responsible for travel and lodging expenses for out of town sessions.
All retouched images from photography sessions have a turnaround time of 5-7 business days, after client makes final selects for editing.
There will be NO expedited services on non expedited orders. Please inquire about expedited service options, if needed.
All edit requests MUST be submitted to photographer within 7 days following the day proofs were issued.
Any edits submitted after this period WILL NOT be retouched.
Client is responsible for downloading or saving images to their personal archive within 7 days from issue date.
Photographer has no obligation to retain or archive any personal gallery after the proofs have been delivered to client.
Session fees are due in full before the start of your scheduled session.
Once a session deposit fee is paid, it CANNOT be refunded.
If you need to reschedule, please notify photographer as soon as possible.
A rescheduling fee (50% of your deposit amount) will be applied to your session fee.
